Hunting and Fishery Law
Advisory activity for and representation of people entitled to hunting and fishing in order to
• Enforce and avert claims for compensation due to damage caused by game animals,
• Administrative procedures, particularly verification proceedings for hunting grounds, (crossing hunting grounds where the hunter is not allowed to hunt, changing unfavourable boundaries) and disciplinary proceedings;
• Drawing up and execution of contracts concerning leases of hunting grounds including transactions in reference to fiscal law.
